I am so happy that I found Anais and Co! My French has improved drastically, but more importantly, I look forward to every single lesson and I never want my lessons to end - it’s like spending time with a great, patient and fun friend who really cares about your ability to speak French! The service generally is amazing, super organised and Anaïs (who herself is awesome too!) checks in often to see how everything is. I've been trying to self-study for a long time and have read tons of different grammar books but Anaïs’ textbook just phrased and arranged things in a way that completely made sense to me and (if you can “make sense” of French grammar) and actually stayed in my head. Anais and Co curriculums are backed up by the unique method we developed over the last ten years. We designed it to be logical and super efficient. It mixes conversation, vocabulary, grammar and fun that we teach in your mother language until your French understanding is advanced enough. Our method is available in a serie of book that we use for all our lessons.
While every lesson is different, they all have something in common: the detailed teacher feedback. During each session, your teacher discreetly takes notes following an internally developed framework. You can find these notes afterward in your online folder.
The notes will allow you to revise and improve on specific points should it be required. The other advantage of having notes coupled with curriculums is that you can change teachers anytime if you want without having to start from scratch again because your new Anais and Co teacher will know everything about your learning journey.
We have recruited and trained brilliant native French teachers. Each teacher follows the same method but has their own personality and accent. Having a lot of other teachers allow you to choose the best one for you. We are proud of offering a unique experience where you can change teachers every lesson if you wish to.
All our tutors receive thorough training when they start. The training does not stop at the first lesson, and we pride ourselves on offering continuous support.

Senior tutors have experience and received intensive training in Anaïs and Co method. They are supported by our expert tutors and receive regular training.
Expert tutors have previously been Senior tutors and therefore share the same characteristics. They differ by their track record of success in making people speaking French and have a broader experience.
Founding tutors are in charge of the method, recruitment, and training of their fellow tutors. They have been tutoring for at least eight years and have an outstanding tracking record of success in making people speak French.

We believe private lesson with an experienced teacher is the best way to learn any language. It offers huge flexibility around your schedule as you can pause for a week if you’re away or too busy and resume the following week.
Each lesson is tailored to your needs so you don’t have to spend time on a concept you already knows or rush on another one you don’t feel really comfortable with as it happens often in group classes.
Anais built her method to be efficient. While others believe in full language immersion she noticed people where more receptive to a given grammatical concept when they could at least understand the concept itself in their mother tongue.
She has been perfecting the method over the last 10 years of private teaching and she weekly updates it thanks to the feedback she receives everyday during client’s lessons. The method is based on a chronological learning of the concepts.
Well conscious of the aversion that some might have toward learning books (school memories are not always the best advocates) she made the books easy to read. The books are made by level and will be used along conversational exchange with the tutor.
The method is not intended to replace the teacher in any way and must be treated as a framework that give the flexibility to tailor the course around each student needs by skipping chapters when the concept is already clear.
